Retourbeleid – Lavrici

Bij Lavrici doen we er alles aan om jou tevreden te stellen. Toch niet tevreden met je bestelling? Geen probleem. Je kunt het artikel eenvoudig retourneren binnen de wettelijke termijn van 14 dagen.

🔁 Herroepingsrecht

Volgens de Nederlandse wet heb je het recht om je bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren.

📌 Voorwaarden

Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retour:

  • Het artikel moet ongedragen, ongewassen en onbeschadigd zijn
  • Verpak het zoveel mogelijk in de originele verpakking
  • Voeg het ordernummer en je naam toe aan het retourpakket

🚚 Retourkosten

De kosten voor het retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening. Gebruik altijd een verzending met track & trace, zodat je zending traceerbaar is.

💸 Terugbetaling

Na ontvangst van het retourpakket storten wij het volledige orderbedrag binnen 7 dagen terug, mits het artikel in goede staat is ontvangen.

📬 Retourproces

  1. Stuur een e-mail naar info@lavrici.nl met je bestelnummer en de producten die je wilt retourneren.
  2. Je ontvangt van ons het retouradres.
  3. Stuur het pakket binnen 14 dagen op.
  4. Na ontvangst ontvang je een bevestiging en je terugbetaling.

❌ Geen retour bij:

  • Beschadigde, gedragen of gewassen producten
  • Artikelen buiten de retourtermijn
  • Afgeprijsde artikelen of sale-items

At Lavrici, we aim to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Not entirely happy? No worries — you can return your item within the legally required 14-day return window.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the item.

📌 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Return the item in its original packaging whenever possible
  • Include your order number and full name in the return package

🚚 Return 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is traceable.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund the full order amount within 7 business days, provided the item meets our return criteria.

📬 How to Return

  1. Email us at info@lavrici.nl with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. We will provide the return address
  3. Ship the package within 14 days of your return request
  4. Once we receive the return, you’ll receive confirmation and a refund

❌ Returns not accepted for:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Final sale item
  • Items returned after the return window

  • Please note: returns are only accepted if the original tags and labels are still attached to the item.
